The staff was excellent, being very kind and accommodating to all requests. the central location of the lodge was fantastic, especially the main living area. its proximity to the Redwoods and other attractions made it very convenient.

Our room was modern, well-kept, with new towels and a loft bedroom that was soundproofed.

This is my second stay at Wylie court for business trips. I have found the staff very friendly and approachable . The rooms were immaculate and beds very comfortable. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Highly recommend .

Our spa pool was too hot and we were unable to use it. I thought that it was perhaps a health hazard. This is our second visit that we have found the pool too hot.

The pool queen studio had a lovely bed. It was in a central location close to the city center. - the hotel had a plunge swimming pool. - It was close to great attractions like Blue and Green lakes, Redwood Forest, and Whakarewarewa village.

Pretty much everything! the room was clean and perfect for our requirements. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Just a short stay this time but we will definitely use Wylie Court again and family who booked elsewhere were impressed, commenting they would prefer to stay at Wylie Court for subsequent visits.

The one and only issue was that the room got very hot during night and as the heating is centralised could not be lowered. It was so warm that it was difficult to sleep.

Comfortable rooms with friendly staff who were always ready to help. the rooms were well-decorated and perfect for families, with plenty of light 💡.

This place offers tidy and distinctive units with loft bedrooms, including an upstairs mezzanine, and you can expect the staff to be friendly and helpful!
